Default Batteries Plus - SLIGC110 6 volt Battery

I just bought a stock 2005 TXT with Batteries Plus SLIGC110 batteries. They say Rayovac Ultra Pro on the side. Seller said they were bought last year. He appeared to be well-off judging by his house/location and he just presented a pleasant personality. I don't think he's lying at all. I don't see the usual Trojan style date code on the negative terminal or any data visible at all. How can I tell how old these actually are for resale?

Link to batteries in the cart:

Attached are pictures I found online that look exactly like my batteries.

See if you can get the MSDS from Batteries Plus. That will name the manufacturer. Also, there should be a mfr code stamped on the case somewhere and maybe the mfr date code as well.

Good luck.

Attached is the MSDS. I'm assuming the manufacture is Deka. I'll have to look closly for date stampings on the battery case.

They are made by East Penn. They manufacture batteries under several names. There are only a few manufacturers in the U.S.

If you look in the picture, there is a sticker that says M2, indicating they were manufactured in 2012
