1965 EZ GO Electric -
What kind of batteries would you buy for my 65' EZ Go Electric cart?
I have redone the entire cart... new paint, new rims and tires, will have new seats, etc. What value would you guys put on the cart with new batteries and running great? Thanks |

Re: 1965 EZ GO Electric -
LOL. Not to sure I would want to go 48v with a 3 wheeler. If everything is in top shape? $1,500, tops. A collector my offer more but you have an old cart. For useful purposes it will get someone around but it's a resistor cart and they are not very polite to the batteries.
I agree it looks like a beauty. GL to you bud. |

Re: 1965 EZ GO Electric -
The OEM battery would have been something like a Trojan T105 or T605. The 105 actually has 10% more capacity but either would work fine. A US1800-2200 would work and a Crown CR200 or CR225 would work. Normally I don't recommend the smaller batteries but this is a lighter cart that will likely just see campground or neighborhood use and I think they will be okay.
