Default Tire question

Hey guys!

got a question relative to the build I am doing for my son. (build thread Bub's buggy 89 marathon)

I am ordering a lift for this one. I am also on the hunt for tires and wheels. I came across a great deal on a set of ATV tires and wheels that will fit the cart bolt pattern wise. My question is concerning the height. the tires are new take offs from an ATV that are 25's. I am getting a 5" lift, but will the 25's be too big for cart from a rolling mass perspective? are these going to be too big for the motor to turn? I know the brakes may be close, but a brake upgrade is coming. I am more worried about the motor being able to turn them. the only real upgrade to the unit is the cables at this time. (I built 1 awg cables for everything) I have a controller upgrade planned but need to have it built buy his birthday in May. any input in to this would be greatly appreciated.
