Default Need advice quickly

Just took my 2002 ezgo out of the basement yesterday. Batteries were fully charged and it worked fine. Left it outside overnight and of course we got 5" of snow. Went to move it to get it in the sun and nothing. The fan I had installed on the solenoid box to keep it running cool didn t even turn on. Hooked up the charger and the needle moved up a few lines. Un hooked the charger after about half hour and I could hear clicking from the solenoid box when i stepped on the gas. Csrt would ot move forward or reverse. The box is next to the battery pack. I assume this is what this is. Any ideas. Getting ready to go to fort wilderness Thursday and planned to take the CG. My kids will be crushed. Tks

5 batteries registered 6.8 volts. I battery was 3.6. The 3.6 was on the end closest to the front cowl under driver seat. I tested each individually. I could charge this battery up overnight but would surprised if one battery would cause the clicking and no go. Tks for all the help.

Be surprised but, you found your problem. Was that fast enough?

Really, one battery reading 3.6 will do this? So I can just charge this single battery and hopefully be in business??? I sure hope so. Will charge it overnight if you agree and post back tomorrow. Out of curiosity, why was i able to drive it out of my basement, up an incline without issue? one day later nothing? Seems too easy a solution but I will try to stay optimistic. :) ks

I don't think so,,,,, for your batteries to be showing 6.8 they had to just come off the charger,, so if they just came off the charger and that one battery is showing 3.6, i would say it has a short in the battery and it;s no good, need another battery,,,, how old are these batteries??

6.37 is a full charge, i would take a bet and say you might have more than one bad battery

I would bet he has more than 1 bad battery also.. I would not replace it without checking ALL of em.. If you add 1 good battery it will get as sick/bad as ther other bad batts in no time at all and your wallet will get crushed... I bet it is time to replace all of em unless they are really new.. JMO
