Marathon OEM lights
I have noticed some Marathons have what look like factory light both front and rear? What years are they and how do I go about getting them for mine. Thanks, John

Re: Marathon OEM lights
Scotty, that's where I found these light! I noticed a few that had them, I WANT THEM TOO. Here is the idea for the front:
First picture shows where the lights SHOULD be, but there missing? http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/membe...-marathon.html Or this one again for fronts http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/membe...gone-wild.html The Yellow one here http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/membe...rt-freaks.html Now for rears, with the OEM black rubber rear trim with recessed lights: Second picture here http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/membe...well-here.html Hope this helps, |

Re: Marathon OEM lights
Yes some are OEM headlights and some taillights you showed I recognize as ABC trailer tail lights from any auto parts house. Headlight kits can be found at many cart part suppliers. Check our sponsors please. If you don't find what you want there try Ebay? Remember it isa 2 wire system for an electric cart = never ground to the body!

Re: Marathon OEM lights
Thanks, now that I look at the rears, I see that too. I really like the look of the Yellow cart with the recessed headlights. I don't want to replace the whole front end.

Re: Marathon OEM lights
On that year Marathon you can buy that 'clip' with the cut outs and a light kit.

Re: Marathon OEM lights
Here is how I did my lights when the stock lights went south...
I cut some 1/8" diamond plate and rivoted in place over the old cut outs. The lights were purchased at Pep-Boys or Wal-Mart. You can purchase the entire front OEM piece with lights for around $160.00 |
