Default 2010 EZGO Valor Dead

Stored my 2010 EZGO Valor for the winter in my garage that's heated at 45 degrees. Batteries were at full charge. Charged again in February. Went to get cart out and its dead. Battery indicator flashes when key is on. Charger blinks rapid green but no charge. 3 batteries show between 5.3 to 5.8 volts. This is with all batteries connected as normal. The other three less than 2 volts. Can I have bad batteries already? No dirty connections. The cart and batteries look new.
