Default Delta Q charger clicking

I have just replaced the batteries in my just purchased 07 Series cart. I have a Delta Q charger that when I plug it in it clicks, the green light flashes and then it clicks again. It has been repeating this pattern for about 20 hours now. My cart doesnt have a charge meter on it (yet) and I dont know if this is a normal amount of time for an initial charge on new batteries or if it isnt working properly. I have read all the info I can find on here about the light flashing and trouble codes, but I havent seen anything about it clicking before and after the flash. To me it seems like it is clicking on, flashing green and clicking off. Any wisdom is appreciated.

Does the green light ever turn red? (Fault light) Mine used to do that...long story short, ended up being one bad battery. It would charge forever and never actually finish. Have you checked any individual voltage readings on your new batteries ?

No red fault light so far. I havent checked the individual batteries. I will go get a tester today and check them out.
Thanks

Are your replacement batteries the same as the ones you replaced? Depending on the Delta Q charger you have, you may not have the right charging algorithm selected to match your battery type. For example, I know the factory supplied EZGO Delta Q only has one charging profile and cannot be changed --it's preprogrammed for Trojans. This may not be your issue overall but may be worth looking into.

The charger is the EZGO charger, but I replaced Trojan 105s with Trojan 105s. Thanks for the reply.
