05 ezego charger problems and now 2 melted terminals
I thought that I had solved the problems with my charger by getting a new meter and also new Radsoks to make the connection but obviously it did not work as planned. It seems the charger will never shut off and now I've burnt up two terminals in the same number of trips to the ball field. When the terminal on the number 4 battery burnt out I drilled and tapped into the lead and made a new connection but now the next battery in series has done the same thing. Obviously I have some kind of resistance or a short somewhere and its finding the weakest point and burning it up. I have read all the sticky posts and the diagrams .Any troubleshooting tips or links people could give me would be very helpful. Thanks and I really appreciate the help so far. http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...er-05-36v.html |

all the batteries are putting out between 12 and 12.5 volts for a total of 41.3 on the system. that is the only trouble shooting i have done so far.

Re: 05 ezego charger problems and now 2 melted terminals
Upon a little more delving into the site I know now that I need to replace the cables among other things. Where's the best place to get really good cables and or connectors that I can crimp and make my own. I have access to nice wire. Keeping the computer closer to the cart would probably help me in the future.I need an app for this site.

I think your on the right track, new terminals and heavier gauge wire will help move that mass o ' weight
