it was making a bad bearing noise while driving now it will not move
we took rear end out and it will spin with now load as soonas you put load on it it makes a terrible sound and doe not move no metal shavings at all in oil ?

we can get axels out and main gearing just not real sure how to get the bottom set of gears out really could use a diagram or a repaire instuction for this not to mention part numbers for ordering what ever is wrong?

Thanks again for any help

i buy bearings from a local bearing supplier, high quality and inexpensive. Google bearing distributors in your area and they can match it up by size. Since its apart i would change all of them.

you did ask for a diagram of the rear end in your 1990 ezgo cart right? in the one link i posted, in post #4 there is a diagram of the rear end that should be in your cart, and in the other link i posted there in a diagram and a parts list in post #2, and you say that, - i see nothing that pertains to my 36 volt cart
