Re: cart willl not move
ITS voltage for an AXE 4844 controller is measured between black and white wires.
Should be 10V at solenoid click and 6V pedal down. Measure battery pack voltage. Then place DVM test leads between B- and M- terminals on controller. Should read FULL battery pack voltage when solenoid first clicks. If it doesn't read FULL battery pack voltage, there is an issue in the high current circuit that is external to the controller. If you have FULL battery pack voltage between B- and M-, press pedal slowly to floor. Voltage should smoothly decrease to Zero, or very near Zero. If it doesn't, either the controller or ITS is bad. (ITS test is give in the beginning of this post) |

Re: cart willl not move
Black and white wire 9.3 v @ wot 5.4v
Pack 37.3v. 35.5v @ wot 37.2 v. This sounds like the controller? |

2. The resistance in the cables, F/R switch, solenoid and/or motor, might be a little higher than it ought to be, but there is conductivity, so the WOT voltage between B- and M- should be close to Zero. 3. That is what the test results are pointing to. --------- I'd give Alltrax a call and tell them what you are getting for the ITS voltage and the voltage between B- and M-. They might suggest some other tests, or provide your with better voltage tolerances. |
