Kudos to Carts Unlimited & Scottyb!
I want to recognize (again) amazing customer service from Scottyb. Earlier this year I purchased an Alltrax SPM Controller from Scotty. I finally got the cart to a point to test it this past weekend and it appears to have been DOA. Scotty worked his magic with Alltrax and he shipped me another one. He didn't request that the other one be shipped back first; he took me at my word that I would do so. Folks, this is darn fine customer service. Kudos to Scottyb --thank you sir!

Just goes to show you that some people care about their reputation and stand behind their products. They want repeat business and want their name to be known for all the right reasons. One more reason this site is the best! |

another KUDO's for Scottyb. I just finished my total build......and I am a fiurst time cart owner, with the help of this site and scottyb's FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, adn Tech help, especially for us newbie......BAR NONE, he will not only get my future business, but any I can send his way......KUDO's Scotty!!

I ordered a reducer and meter from him and was shocked
 at how quickly it arrived at my house! Also he answered all of my questions quickly.Keep it up Scotty! |

I Concur!!!! had trouble with my 97 DCS, gave ScottyB a call On Monday. He was Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very informative with what I was needing and what I was going to be doing in the future with the cart. So I ordered His 606DCS controller and solenoid kit. It was waiting at the house today when I got home from work. What service!!!!
I'm sure I'll be doing business again with ScottyB in the future. |
