Default been working too much- Need help with pricing

I was going to make family a deal on batteries for the 89 cart we have in the country- the one the two BILs can figure out how to leave a charger on it and they have killed the batteries in the past two buggies. Melex and EZGO-
I was gonna buy new batteries and trade them to the family buggy, on the condition, they charge the batteries.

Simple enough, but then the crap hit the fan- all the printed information , Cart ownners manuals, charger Manuals, and article you all have written and the one said theya re all wrong- a mechanic and the County highway department has told him its all BS! you should never charge a battery more than 4 hours- So now I in no way in hell will supply them with batteries, because I KNOW THEY WILL NIOT charge them and the first time I leave my cart at home, they will have forgotten to charge and I get there with a dead buggy.

So now I want to sell the 89 buggy, with ok tires, just needs batteries for HOw much? and buy a ( Please forgive my language here) gas buggy, preferably a 4 cycle so they cant screw that up

Any thoughts on what to ask for the 89 cart? camo paint seats are nice-

Wha is the lowest I should take for it? OK shape?

thanks Guys this working hard is kinda time consuming LOL
