Reverse won't work in upgraded EZGO Electric
We have a 1990 EZGO Marathon Lifted Cart. We installed a new Higher Torque Motor, 700A 0-5k Altrax Controller, 200 A Solenoid, and a 1994 F/R Switch (switch stem from original F/R switch). We had upgraded the wires previously.
The cart will go in forward but not in reverse. |

check the micro switches and make sure they are opening and closing at the right time, try to tighten the center nut on the F/R cam, a 1/4 turn, and try it, if it don't work another 1/4

He tried turning the cam but that didn't help. They ended up unfastening 2 wires and the reverse started working so they left them unattached.
