Could use some quick help
I'm trying to help out a friend with an 02 Fleet....
He put the cart away after using it - a week later goes to use it and nothing. You can hear the solenoid click but still nothing. Pack is low - but not that low... like 34, 35 iish. I have identified one wire that is definitely bad on the pack - but short of that - what would "just quit working?" |

Re: Could use some quick help
Battery cables........ corroded or loose. Cable terminals seem to corrode when the batteries just set and are not used. Clean all of them.
A severly corroded cable will not carry heavy current because of too much resistance, and therefore render the cart as dead. |

Re: Could use some quick help
Solenoid can click without actually making contact - try a jumper wire across the big terminals.
