You need to get it to fail and test the controller and it's inputs. Temp may just be coincidental, IDK? Have you tried gettting up at 6am and drive heck out of it, without failure?

Controller testing consist of voltmeter readings, do you have a voltmeter?

Also we need more info
Any Cart mods?
What control
what sol
what motor?
what cables?

In his original post the OP stated: "When issue is at hand no power is being sent to activate solenoid."

I take that to mean the solenoid is not clicking when he pushes the pedal.
If so, that fact eliminates the ITS as the problem source.

Six sets of switch contacts have to be closed to activate the solenoid and switches are mechanical devices, so they can be influenced by expansions and contractions caused by temperature.
Same also applies to the push-on connections and the crimp-on connectors used in the control circuit wiring.

To troubleshoot this problem, you have to wait until it fails and then measure the voltage on the wires highlighted in red.
All of them should have FULL battery pack voltage.

After trying to recreate the problem with a heat gun we found that a connector to the micro switch, at the ITS, was reacting to heat change for some reason. Replace connector spade snd all is fine. Thanks for the input
