Default DPI Charger VS US8VGS XC2 Finish Voltage

I purchased this charger several years ago and just started using it this season.

My 48v pack consists of 6 US8VGS XC2 like the title states.

My concern is the finish voltage seems a bit low from what I have read.
I have not taken My better meter down which has min/max but have unplugged then plugged back in the charger a few times and am getting a consistent reading of 56.4V.
Battery's have been ran down to about 60% to 70% SOC at least 20 times now.
Also I have been unable to get an accurate pack reading after sitting for 12hrs or more because somebody always moves it before I can get to it.
This is a beach cart that I only see on the weekends.
Should I be concerned about the 56.4V or should I just drink a beer and not worry about it.

Here are pics of the charger:

56.4V is the absorption phase voltage for Trojan batteries. 60.0V is the absorption phase voltage for US Battery batteries.

You are undercharging your batteries.

-------------
Instead of waiting 12 hours, drive the cart for a mile or so and then wait half an hour. That will give you a ballpark SoC estimate.

------------
That is an older DPI charger and doesn't appear to have user selectable charge profiles like the Accusense does.
However, there may be internal switches or jumpers. Give DPI a call 800-334-5091

Thank You JohnnieB !

You are correct on all points.

I called DPI yesterday after I posted this. Found out that the charger I purchased from a representative/salesman that showed up promoting chargers on the "old site" in 2006 was built in 2002. That's a story that I will not get into now though.

Anyway, tech support there is great and He told Me that the charger is set at 57.2V for Trojan Battery's.

I have to take the cover off and hopefully there will be a jumper on terminal J3. By removing this jumper it will allow the charger to finish at 61.6V which should suite me better.

If there is no jumper then it has the old board. (He could not tell by the serial number) I can purchase the newer style board (still available) for approx 130 dollars plus shipping.

I think that instead of going that route I will just sell the charger to Somebody that is going to use Trojan battery's since it has very low hours and pick up an Accusense from ScottyB.

Thanks again...
