Default Ezgo charger blinking green but not charging

I have brand new U.S. batteries in my cart. I went to plug my cart in and it started blinking green like normal. Next morning I checked the charger it is still blinking green. After work still blinking green. I left it plugged in for 20 hours and it's still blinking green. Also unplugged it and plugged it back in, same thing happens. Also I have a battery gauge. It reads half charge when I unplug the cart. Seems like the batteries are just not charging however I do not get a red fault code. Any ideas? Just a bad charger?

Blinking lights are cute, but ya need a real digital volt meter to tell the real story as to what is going on.

first charge on new batteries can take a long time to max out .. some as long as 24 hours .. check volts on pack with out charger on , then with charger pluged in you should see a jump in volts if so let it charge .. if not charger bad , check on another cart
