Default 2006 click but no movement

I purchased a golf cart about 3 weeks ago. All was well until I was playing and

The cart just died. I was told its a 2006 ans has the fnr under the seat.

The solenoid clicks but the cart will not move . I contacted the seller to see if

He had any ideas he had me check the controller which blinked green 4 times

Then stayed solid. So he thought maybe the fnr switch but directed me to this

Site. List of upgrades done to the cart: it was upgraded from 36v to 48v,

Installed a ge high speed motor, 400 amp alltrax speed controller, and all

Current wiring is upgrade to 2 gauge. The fnr never was replaced. Thanks for

Any help.

Sounds like you have a 2006 TXT Series. (Series wound Motor)

Four green blinks means it is set for a EZGO ITS throttle (as it should be)
Solid green means the controller thinks it is okay. (It probably is)

The FNR assembly is a likely suspect and whether or not it is causing the current problem, it should be replaced with a heavy-duty unit to handle the aftermarket controller and motor, especially if the tires are taller than 18".
This is one of the best on the market: http://www.cartsunlimited.net/F_R_Switch_Upgrades.html

Since the solenoid is clicking, the problem is in the High-Current loop.
Here is a schematic for a series cart with the high current circuit highlighted.
