PDs help ASAP

Have a PDs still running 36 volts dcx500 alltrax controller new 105 Trojans running a 909 kit from Scotty b and a plum quick bandit motor kids and I where riding around the neiborhood this morning when all of a sudden after I changed direction my cart wouldn't move no trouble codes hear microswitch in pedal click I can hear sylinoid click but It sounds really slow "unclicking" cycled tow/run switch a few times and pedal a few times and i drove it home it did it it once more while I was driving back but it clicked "right back into gear " now it moves every time you hit the pedal but it is slow help please
