Default 1994.5 ergo front leaf spring alignment

Today I installed front leaf springs on my 1994.5 Ezgo due to horrible body roll and my 12"wheels rubbing on drivers side. ( new leaf springs raised the drivers side 1.5" and the passenger side 1", no more rubbing issues)

I figured that was the easiest fix since my cart is 18 years old and only rubs on the drivers side since I don't want to have a lifted cart. Only problem is that it has a little more wobble at top speed(20mph) and it looks like the toe is way off. Should I go by the service manual(page G-27) instructions or just do the standard 1/4" toe in. Seems there is a little play on how you can slide the new leaf springs front and back on mounting. Just looking for ideas before I break out the yard stick and start moving tie rods.

break out the manual, seeing as how the toe-in should be 1/8", not 1/4"

Gonna try to square up the axle per these instructions and see where that gets me.

I just finished doing that to my '97 TXT this morn. I checked the front springs, measured across from center bolt to center bolt they both were 24". Straightened up the streeing wheel, Then squared up my hubs up to the front axle, then checked the toe in. Made adjustments to an 1/8" toe in. Took it for a spin. Seemed to track and steer well.

Did you square using the hubs or tires?

After measuring the springs. I squared using the hubs at the flat section that the wheels bolt against. Used a small square and the front axle as a reference.

Well I could never get it perfect 24" I tried and tried got it within 1/2". But I noticed 1 spring sticks out further on the front in the drivers side. Maybe only a 1\8". But after measuring for toe it was at least 1 5/8" off!! Adjusted to 1/8". Just wondering how it would get so bad from the spring change??
Maybe it was always this bad and I never noticed? But anyway, it drives wayyyyy better!!!

I didn't take off the wheels to square, just went off the center part of the tire tread.
