Thumbs down Electrical Problems


I HAVE AN 2001 EZGO TXT CART...I'M IN THE PROCESS OF PUTTING IT BACK TOGETHER AFTER PAINTING IT...I WENT TO PLUG MY CHARGER IN AND IT NEVER WOULD KICK ON...HOW MUCH VOLTAGE SHOULD I HAVE AT THE PLUG FOR CHARGER? I DISCONNECTED ALL THE CABLES AND CHECKED EACH BATTERY AND HAD 6 VOLTS ON EACH ONE...DO I NEED TO CHARGE THEM SEPERATLY? COULD I HAVE SOMETHING HOOKED UP WRONG...AM I MISSING SOMETHING...I AM NEW AT THIS CART SCEEN AND MAY HAVE SOMTHING HOOKED UP WRONG...PLEASE HELP

YOU ShOULD HAVE AROUND 28 OR SO VOLTS FOR THE CHARGER TO COME ON. YOU CAN TRY CHARGING THE BATTERIES INDIVIDUALLY.

HERE'S WHAT I HAVE CHECKED SO FAR...VAILTAGE AT THE CHARGER IS 36 V...QUESTION...THERE IS A SMALL BLACK ELECTRICAL DEVICE HOOKED TO THE + SIDE OF THE FEMALE END OF THE CHARGER RECEPTICAL..IT HAS 2 WIRES...1 RED & 1 BLACK...SHOULD THERE BE ANY VOLTAGE COMING OUT..IF SO HOW MUCH...I HAVE 2 VOLTS...WHAT IS THIS CALLED? I HAVE 36.4 VOLTS WHEN I CHECK THE BATTERIES IN SERIES...HOW MUCH VOLTAGE SHOULD I HAVE AT THE RF SWITCH AND CAN SOMEONE SEND A DIAGRAM OF THE WIRING. NOT A SCHEMATIC, I CAN'T READ A SCHEMATIC.
