Default Alltrax DCX 300 in EZGO DCS 1996 under voltage

This is a seperate DCS cart than my other recent post :)

I have an EZGO with an Alltrax DCX 300, it will move 2 inches and cut out it then flashes the code for an undervoltage. We have tried a known good Solenoid as well as a different NEW controller with the same results. The batteries are not the greatest but it appears that they are good enough to run the cart at least. Is there any other reason that we would get an undervoltage code on the Alltrax controller? I believe we have 38+ volts to the controller.

Bad battery or bad cable, verify voltage at controller B+. Im thinking bad cable.

Connect a computer to the controller and check what the under voltage slider is set to.

Also, connect DVM between B_ and B+ terminals on controller and read voltage when controller goes into low voltage alarm.

Here is a DCX troubleshooting guide.

Connect a voltmeter to the pack and try to go. Often a battery reads 6v until a load is applied then it fails....... knowing your undervoltage setting is good too, but knowing your pack is healthy is #1 test procedure.
