Help with model L498
New & glad to find your community. In FL & have limited past with minor repairs. Have E-Z-GO 36V "L 498". Wiring gets hot with driving. If jacked up & running it doesn't. Not sure of year at this time. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Re: Help with model L498
Remove and clean all cable connections. Heat comes from resistance which comes from corroded, loose, or poor connections.
Is cart lifted? Bigger tires? Stock controller? You have a 1998 model which is either fleet or DCS. DCS will have a Run/Tow switch on controller cover. |
