Default 2002 TXT not moving, not sure where to test v

I have a 2002 EZgo txt 36 volt. it was not moving, and I did not here the solenoid clicking, I replaced solenoid, it now clicks but cart still will not move. It feels like it wants to move , like it moves a inch or so but no more. It is fully charged, all batteries check out good and read correct voltage. Also oddly when in forward now the reverse beeper is beeping, all though not as loud as when in reverse. I have 36 volts coming into solenoid, and coming out of it with cart off, with car in forward mode I get 29 volts coming into solenoid and 29 volts out. I'm not sure how to test that correct voltage is going to the motor. I test the two motor leads on top and get about 15 volts between the two, same as bottom two leads with cart of. With on in forward I get zero volts at top two leads on motor. I'm not sure how to test or where to test on the controller itself or the forward reverse switch parts. Thank you for any help

First, we need to know what type drive system you have.

If there is a Run/Tow switch on the controller cover, you have a PDS (sepex motor)
If the F/R control is a lever by you right knee, you have a series (series wound motor)

Also, there are 4 terminals on the solenoid, 2 large ones and 2 small ones. where are you measuring the voltages you are getting?

cart is not a PDS, no tow switch, I was testing on the large terminals on the solenoid, not the smaller ones

If this statement is fact rather than speculation: "It is fully charged, all batteries check out good and read correct voltage." You should have 38.2V on the large terminal connected directly to the battery and a volt or three less on the other terminal when solenoid is de-energized, and the identical voltage on both terminals when the solenoid is energized and that voltage should be close to 38.2V.

There may be more than one problem, but the first thing is to get the battery pack voltage up to about 38.2V.

Here is a chart showing the battery's SoC (State of Charge) according to the At-Rest voltage and the At-Rest voltage is measured 12 hours after the charger shuts off automatically, or half an hour after the batteries have been used.

thank you. I was just outside and took all the cables off again and cleaned terminals and replaced two nuts on the terminals that look worn out. The cart moves now but is still beeping quietly when going forward. sounds like a few things to check

Attached is a schematic of a TXT series cart with the solenoid activation circuit highlighted.
The beeper isn't part of it, but it gets power from the same source. (Via the jumper wire from MS-2 to MS-4)

Closing the MS-4 contacts turns on the beeper, so you've got a bad microswitch or there is alternate current path of some kind that is supplying voltage to the beeper.

Since the volume is low when it shouldn't be sounding, the problem could be conductive debris or corrosion on and about MS-4.
