Default batteries are draining quick

Just put in new batteries. I know they're not high end (Duracell GC2) but WOW... these things drain so fast. Down 20% in less than a mile. Is this normal with new batteries?

No it's not normal. Breakin may improve things but 20% in a mile is not good at all for new batteries.

My 2 sents, make sure 1 of your new batteries don't have a dead cell. I have seen new batteries be bad. Get you a load tester and check each one of the batteries by themselves. 1 bad cell can short out the others and drain them fast. Hope this helps and good luck.

I bought the same batteries a year ago, mine do the same thing. Guess I should have returned them but never did. I just keep them on trickle charge. I`ve heard the new Trojans are not what they used to be, its just hit or miss now.......seems like nothing is made to last today....
