Default 81 ez go 36v torque issues

Having issues on any sort of hill, goes very very slow, sometimes even stops. I have good batteries, and everything else appears to be working properly. Any ideas on what part could be causing this? Is the motor just getting old and not making as much power? New to this, and just got the cart, just looking for a little direction. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

What is the battery pack voltage about 12 hours after charger shuts off?
What is the battery pack voltage after it slows down/stops on hill?
Are any cables or connections getting hot? (Other than the resistor coils)

Voltage after a 12hr charge is 37.5-38.2v. Ill have to check it after it stops trying to go up hill tonight. A few times I have smelled "hot wires" but never seen any smoke anywhere, ill check the wires tonight and see if they are getting hot anywhere and let ya know. Thanks!

1. SoC (State of Charge) is estimated using At-Rest voltage, which is after resting for 12 hours with neither being charged nor discharged.

2. 37.5V is 80% SoC while 38.2 is 100% SoC.

3. If possible measure the voltage while climbing the hill and the lest the batteries recover for about 15 minutes and measure again.

4. Any cable or connection getting more than about 10°F above air temperature needs top be fixed.
