Default Series cart problems

I have a 2000 model EZGO series cart. It is lifted with 23" tires, scottyb's 2ga cables and solenoid, and a alltrax 300 controller.

I am having a random problem that seems to have no rhyme or reason as to when it happens. The cart will not start and move. I went to it yesterday and it would not move, i press the acc pedal and get a solenoid click and 4 green LED blinks on the alltrax. I get nothing else, when the pedal is pressed to the floor I dont get any kind of LED like it used to.

Any Help???

The controller LED should blink 4 green and then go solid green until full throttle is reached then go orange.
It sounds like you are loosing power to the controller. Which alltrax 300 are you using?

All I am getting is 4 green blinks. I have read something about a micro switch under the floor mat?

Its located in middle close to the back (below the f/r shifter) inside the box containing the ITS, which could be the problem. I just had pretty much the same problem and changing the ITS fixed it.

It would not run for the past few days so when the it's and micro switch came in I went to the garage with parts in hand and it runs perfect.

I replaced the ITS and micro anyway, will update if the problem returns.

Ride this morning and was fine, now won't come off trailer. Alltrax gives me 4 green blinks and then green led at full throttle. Solenoid clicks but no movement

After being on phone with Scottyb and tech support at alltrax (both were extremely helpful) the alltrax tech determined I have a bad controller. I hope to have one in a few days and will update on if that fixes the problem.

Get a bigger controller. NO point in having big cables super solenoid and stock size controller.... The controller is the then the limiting factor in performance.

It is a 400 amp programmable alltrax. Is that not enough?
