First build 07 TXT 48 V
Started my 07 TXT upgrade to 48V build, going with 6-8 Volt US batts, Alltrax 500 SPM controller with super duty solenoid , 2 ga cables, reverse contactors, Allsport 6" long travel lift with 23" tires and rims on the way
the tear down process, stripped down to frame, sandblasted the batt tray and sprayed it with bedliner, painted frame etc. starting to put it back together sorry about the sideways iphone pics |

Re: First build 07 TXT 48 V
I will certainly be interested in how she performs. are you still using the stock motor? other than the fact that I'm still at 36v and have an aftermarket motor, everything I have is pretty much the same as your build.

I have a mossy oak camo wrap on the way as well, should be fun doing that, I'm pretty good with a heat gun |

Mike777 - awesome build. Next time posting pics can you get another one of the reverse contacters? They are bigger than I imagined and would like to see when the are fully mounted. Do you mind telling us how much you paid for those 8v US batteries? - thanks

Re: First build 07 TXT 48 V
mike777 - thanks, they almost seem as though they will take up more room than the standard rocker f/r switch. I think they are super cool. Anxious to hear what you think of them once your build is completed.
