Default Need help with 2003 EZGO

Hello, I'm new here, so bear with me.

I have a 2003 EZ GO that needed new batteries. I replaced my 2003 Trojans with 6 new 6v energizers. I replaced all the cables, cleaned the battery trays and drew a diagram of the wiring for when I rewired it. I took my time and I thought that I did it right, but when I turned the key, I had no juice. The lights and the horn all work, but the motor won't click on and the battery indicator light will not come on and the backup beeper won't sound.

Does anyone know what that might be.

One other thing, I should mention is that when I was removing the Trojans, my wrench hit the positive and negative terminals of one of the batteries and it arched. The batteries were still hooked up to the cart also. I didn't think that this could hurt the cart, only the batteries. Thanks for your help everyone!

Welcome mjs,
May have been just enough to blow the fuse at the back of the charger plug? Not real familiar with this cart but I would be looking for a fuse ........

Thanks for the help.

What I did find was that I mixed up the positive and negative terminals on three of the batteries. Oops, but problem solved. Thanks!
