Mike, the first thing I would do is to remove the wheel and verify that the drum is mating squarely in the shaft flange. them put the wheel back on and absolutely ensure the wheels is mating flat on the hub, and retighten the lugs evenly.....Then check the wheel again to see if it wobbles still. if it does, I would swap my wheels to make sure its not a bad/bent wheel....if it still has the same wobble.....you may have a bent axel.

I can see the video fine. Is the cart hopping or bouncing while you drive at speed?

During the last 11 seconds, you can see the drum wobbling. (Gap width changes as drum rotates)

Either drum isn't mounting square on axle, axle is bent or at least something is amiss in the drum/axle interface.

Since the drums are being replaced, I suspect the old ones were stripped. Maybe the axle splines were damaged also and not mating with new drum splines properly.

Pull the drums and hold something close to the axle as it turns. That should show if it is bent or not.

Get the axle running true, then the drum, then the wheel, then the tire.

That's the way he's gotta approach it right there. Nicely said, JohnnieB.

yes it bounces at varying speeds, that with out of round tires makes for an interesting ride on the smooth tar

splines looked fine on both hubs and shaft, replaced with hvy duty hubs to go along with all my torque mods.
