I Need some help it Won't move! 1996 xt 500 turf vehicle serial#A36338
Hi again well I have been working on this cart on and off for awhile and I need some advice. I have replaced the solenoid, cables with 2ga,cleaned all conections, new batteries, checked and ran the motor, ck the potentiometer and still it will not move. What am I missing??

sounds like a simple machine i would check all the micro switches and wires and go from there

Yes the solenoid does nock in forward and reverse. I have checked all the microc switches with my meter and they are all in working order in addition I bypassed each switch to make sure they were workng. I also took apart the forward reverse cleaned it and dielectric greased the contacts. All new wires to all components. I'm thinking bad controler

Sent my controler off to CAPS-services in Georgia to have it repaired fixed it for $85.00 and now I'm on the road!
