2006 ezgo pds reverse issue
Hi,
I have a 2006 ezgo pds that sometimes hesitates when pushing the pedal. Keep playing with the pedal then it moves. Foward works just fine. Where should I start? Thanks Terry |

Just asking what micro switch is on the dash of a PDS, do you mean F/R switch.

Yes f/r toggle (rocker) switch on dash , although I would also check micro - switch on ITS under floor matt

If it only does it in one direction then the ITS ms is out of the question since the same ms operates for F&R. I suspect the direction selector rocker has a corroded connection or has failed internally. Either way a new switch should fix the problem. If you bypass the rcker F&R and the cart still is not going REV sometimes this could be the beginning of a controller failure.
