In the back bumper of my cart there was a large hole dead center, looked like it was there from the factory. I found a very big eye bolt that fit it and then a 2 inch ball that would fit the eye bolt. It will not hold the weight a receiver hitch would but works just fine for moving the 12 ft utility trailer around that the cart rides on.

I did run across this one on ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/OUTBACKS-EZG...#ht_4230wt_925

You might be able to simply tie it on back with a rope. Not the most elegant solution, but it's cheap.

Check Northern tool or Harbor frieght for a 2 inch receiver tube.6 inch is plenty
Get a piece of 3 inch angle about 8 inchs long.Heat it and squezze it till the top side will be level.Weld receiver to 1 side of it and then bolt it to that flat bar on your cart.depending on the wieght to pull, you may want to run some braceing but it will interfer with the bagwell.
This is NOT Mack truck strength, but we pull the exact cart in your picture with no problems.I just put a ball hitch on the cart because we cross rough terrain.

I have a solution.... Kinda redneck, but for that little cart, it'll work. Just took a piece of 3 1/2" x 1/4 flat I had laying around, drilled a 5/8 hole to match the one on the EZGO and another to hook the cart to.. WALA, done, and it was free. I think it'll do fine. Thanks guys.. Gotta love HF... sale + membership... $99 out the door for that cart
