Pretty much you can make them as fast as you want. Once you change controller's they are the same cart.

Not true, Andy. The motors are different between Fleet and DCS/PDS also.

And, a DCS cart will have a Run/Tow switch too.

well i dont even think i have the DCS cart. will that inhibit me in upgrading anything? or make the upgrades not as potent as if it was a PDS or DCS?

You can up grade any of them even if it is a TXT.

Mine on the left of here is a TXT.......
