I have the cart torn down to the bare frame and removed the battery tray.. The frame was cleaned up and is ready to prime but the snow has kept me from doing so. Also hope to drop the body off with my painter this weekend. Still undecided on the paint color..

I have an 89' Marathon I'm planning to do the same thing to. I am fairly mechanically inclined, so how hard was it to remove everything down that far?

Not too bad.. Most everything came off easy just drilling spot welds and removing everything.

Not much progress due to the snow but I got the bottom half of the frame primed tonight and hope to get the frame painted by this weekend..

I got a little bit of work done on the cart today and finally started ordering parts. Battery tray should be in in a few days and body should be back from the painters this week. As of now I have the frame painted and a few parts in the front end back together..

Finally got some parts in today and managed to get the new battery tray welded in. Should have the rear end in this weekend and get the body put back on. Also have the front end mostly back together..
