Programming Alltrax controller
I have almost completed my 48 volt upgrade to my cart. I have installed all of the new parts, motor, wires, batteries, F/R contactor, solenoid, etc. I am waiting on my charger, which should be here Monday.
My question is, do I need to reprogram my Alltrax 400 amp controller to use it in the new 48volt system? |

Re: Programming Alltrax controller
Yes, the Under Volt and the Over Volt settings will most likely be wrong if it was previously used with a 36V system.
Under should be about 36V and Over should be set to Max (60V or more) Also, you may have to tone down the Throttle Up Rate to keep from spinning the tires or doing wheelies. |
