Default newbie, hi all

Hi All newbie to this forum been lurking around for about 4 days. Bought a 94 Marathon for 250 replaced the batteries fixed the charger timer board and replaced all the wires except 3 coming from the motor with 2 ga crimped and heat shrunk marine grade wire. I couldn't get S1, A1, A2 off the motor side. any suggestions? Probably should get the motor refurbished from EMP and getting a new controller.

Welcome to BGW

Soak the terminals down overnight with some WD-40 or similar....use 2 wrenches to get them off....one to turn and the other to hold the lower nut. If you end up turning the lug you may break them internally. If you break them and are planning on sending it off to get a re-work at EMP they can fix it while it's there.

Definitely soak them overnight and do not hit them with much torque as you will break them internally.
