squeaky and weak floor

Hello I have a 2014 Express S4 High Output Limited Edition and just notice the floor is real squeaky and weak. Is this normal? Thanks

Was it like that when you bought it?

You probably have the only 2014 on this forum, and it's not even a standard cart so you may be on your own with this one. Have you called the dealer?

No it was not like that when I got it plus we have not really used it yet because we got it for camping. I have not called my dealer yet because they are an hour away. Thanks for the reply

According to the specs it's not all that rare, in the sense of your issue anyway. It appears any S4 is going to be done on the same frame, etc. I think a call to the dealer is your best option. Chances are they have dealt with the issue already.
