03 EZgo series cart seems like rear end is slipping.
Cart moves very little to none in either direction. When on jack stands it seems normal in both directions. When on the ground it gives the sensation that the rear end is slipping.

Sounds like rear end is slipping or axle splines or hubs stripped.

Could it be the infamous EZGO brake hub slippage problem? It sounds like it. Check the brake hubs and make sure that the splines on them have not stripped out! And welcome to BGW!!!!!

See if the axle and nut is turning when you try to give it power, like KB said it's kind of common, the axle turns and the drum sits still
