Charger
What will cause a charger to stay on 30 amp charging and not shut off .This is a factory EZGO charger .The batteries are two year old and check out ok .

what brand of battery? your sure batteries are wired right all connections at terminals and cable ends clean and tight? how old are batteries..........its a battery problem and charger is trying to comensate for something ...........

THe batteries are Trojan T105 and they are two years old . The cables are all clean ans tight .It acts more like it is something wrong with the charger .The batteries check out ok .

How did you check the batteries? Individually or the entire pack?
You may want to see if the receptacle wires going to the pack are carrying charger output current. |

i think the best way is to load test each individual battery to confirm the voltage.

The charger reads voltage. It is not reading enough voltage to kick down.
This can be a wire issue in the cart charging circut or a battery issue. Even one bad battery can cause this, yes, a battery can go bad in 2 years. Do you have any test equipment? Can you post the voltage readings from each of your batteries? Can you test and post the specific gravity (use a simple hydrometer)of the battery with the lowest reading? |

I will test each battery .My SON-IN- LAW has a battery tester . Thanks ,We did check for 36 volts but not each battery .
