Default My electric ez-go quit and will not move

Ive been havin a problem with my electric ezgo, it seems to be getting worse. what happens is when im driving it, it will just quit on me. the buzzer sound in reverse. and when i try the code it comes up with 3 beeps in a row. can anybody help me. my number is 928-566-3873. thanks

The 3 beeps is probly the "mode" it in. Check all your cables, make sure they are all clean and tight. Take them loose, one at a time, clean, reinstall. Other than that the controller could be going out...but they usually just quit.

all battery cables are new, battery volts are showing 39.1 volts. the controller, pedal box and selonoid has already been change, and i just put a new ignition switch in as well. and yet the cart still stops. is it the motor?

Highly unlikely...sounds like more of a controller issue. Is the cart lifted with larger tires?

yes, lifted with larger tires, not overly large tires but bigger tires. the cart is also a 2003

Controller is overheating and going into thermal shutdown. Try upgrading your cables to 4 gage and the problem "might" go away....it's a quick fix at best. A high amp controller is the real fix. If you don't it's just a matter of time before it won't come back on. I would bet money it happens sooner if you pull more hills?
