Trouble shooting
Can someone explain to me how this trouble shooting works! Please! These schematics don't make sense to me, what am I missing!
3rd page TEST #1 shows the red line having 36 volts. How? Is the key on/off where is the ground wire at for the meter it doesn't show or say anything. How can it have 36 volts.
