question about alltrax controller

Bought an Altrax 300 amp programmable controller for a 98 series cart on line. It came in and the pins on top of my old controller are much smaller, therefore it will not just plug in. The prongs on the new controller are much larger. There are 4 wires on my old controller but 5 prongs. Assuming I can find the plastic " holder" the right size with 4 slots for the new controller, do the wires hook up the same? Looking from top , left to right, red, orange, black, white. If you have any idea what the plastic wire holder that plugs in the top of the controller is called, please let me know. Thanks
