Default Cart #2 build

My second build is well under way. The frame from the donor cart was obviously useless so luckily I found a pretty good one to use. Stripped it down, coated with POR then with truck bed liner. Got the electrical components in and all wired up. Painted the body and got her back on. Please ignore my messy shop. I can't seem to clean up during a project. Once I finish a project I will meticulously straighten everything up, then I'll start a new one and wreck everything again.

That's great you had the ability to save that frame. It would have been scrap at my house. Good job

NICE but, pic #3 & 4 looks like some Carts Unlimited install instructions being used to catch differential oil drippings

No, that's just a paper towel but your instructions are scattered all over the shop, but as you know, I never look at them.

Diff was leaking but no more.

What year is that frame? on my 93, it had the frame with the batterys you know scattered around , and on the sides . I re did the frame, and its similar to that one. I ganged all 6 battery's together like that, but i had to relocate the controller and direction switch. I like not having the batterys on the sides.

This frame was from a 98 but basically the exact same as my 95.
