no model number!

How do i handle not having a model number the one on the frame behind the seat is worn off and the metal tag in the glove box is missing. I see a tag on a wire on the directional controller that says passed inspection in 08-13-04 in logans port in so is this relative to when it was made . I guess?

After 2003 there is no model number plate in the dash on a txt. They moved it to the frame under the seat behind the battery in 2004. There is also one on the frame under the cart by the brake drivers side starting 2004 also.

was there evidence of there being a tag on the dash? like rivet holes?

he said he has one on the frame under seat but it was worn off. That means there isn't one on the dash and the cart is 2004+ model year. He can look under the cart on the frame drivers side, there should be one there too on 2004+ txt's.
