Mid-Late 90's Ez go problem
I am new to the electric cart world and hope someone can point me in the right direction. I purchased a mid to late 90's 36v ez go cart. I have installed new batteries but the cart will not move. I have double checked the wiring per the diagram and all is correct. When the key is turned on the solenoid clicks and the box behind the solenoid starts to whine. It kind of sounds like an old flash type camera, as the flash is charging the noise gets louder until it finally peaks. With the cart on jack stands I can hook cables from the batteries to the motor and the wheels will turn slowly. I usually do my own mechanic work and would like to fix this myself if possible. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks, Boo
