Default 2009 RXV wont run

I have a 2009 RXV electric that had intermittent problem with not wanting to run. Occasionally if you stopped it would not take off again. Now when you turn the key there are no clicks and it will not move at all. Battery voltage is 49.8 and the reverse buzzer does come on when key is placed in reverse. Even in key position neutral and tow switch on, cart will not move. Any suggestions?

I power washed mine last year and had the same type problems for a week or 2. Once everything dried out it was OK.

This one hasn't been washed or even been in the rain.

You need to charge your batteries. It's damaging to them to leave them discharged.
