Anybody with a PDS system
Got some news for anybody wanting a custom PQ motor, they may quit making them for the PDS system's. Still gonna do the bandit upgrades and I think the series, but possibly no more PDS custom motors. They said they were going to make a final decision in 2 weeks.

Re: Anybody with a PDS system
Wonder why they would quit? I would think the PDS or sepex market would be a decent percentage

Re: Anybody with a PDS system
I suspect it has something to do with regen braking.

Re: Anybody with a PDS system
The way I understand, some people keep having trouble with their controller which in turn causes motor problems. Must be getting common w/ the controllers. If they do stop with them, maybe they will give a better explanation than I just did. But they did say, they would make a final decision in a couple of weeks.
kgsc, I'm with you on that, I would think they would be a pretty good selling product also. |

Re: Anybody with a PDS system
With ours anyway, there was something about the Alltrax controllers and the way that PQ does their sepex motors that didn't agree with each other. No clue what the exact issue was/is but the PQ motor did not work for me with our DCX combo. Robby more than made it right with me. No issue there. To bad that they can't get them to like each other. The PQ sepex motor was a hoss.
