You don't need 2 ga cables - 4 ga is good enough. Now - do you only have battery cables as 4 ga - or is the ENTIRE cabe set 4 ga? Wait on the controller and buy some Trojans.

The one's on top of the batteries are 4 ga. , I haven't looked at the others close enough to tell. Picking up some new Trojans in the AM.

PS, you also need to begin saving for a new controller - Alltrax 400 amp. Your stock controller will soon fail, as well. This is why we do not lift PDS carts at our shop...

Mike,
I took the cart thru the paces today for 5 or 6 miles on the new batteries and didn't get any beeps at all. The "state of charge" meter on the dash only dropped 2 lines which made me very happy. I did some full speed riding and some slight incline work to go along with just the normal stuff trying to see if I could hear a beep or two, like I said I got nothing.
