The reed switch is good and the reverse buzzer is working. Every thing seems normal except it wont move. solenoid clicks when it is supposed to and everything else. the foward/reverse switch seems good.

Good news!1 Called Alltrax controllers help line and they had me testing a bunch of wires and they said my potrodomiter (if that is how you spell it) in the pedal box under the floor mat was bad. They said it should be reading 10 volts and 6 volts and mine reads 12.9 volts pedal up or down. so i guess i have to find one now. Any body know where to get one? Thanks for the help.

Not questioning, just curious, but according to the PDS service manual, the ITS (Inductive Throttle Sensor aka "potentiometer") should read 1.0v+/-.3v at solenoid click and 2.7v +/-.5v at full throttle. This test is the white wire from the ITS pedal box to positve lead VOM and negative VOM lead to B- at battery. Key "ON" and FNR in "F" slowly depressing accelerator. Cart rear wheels clear and cart on jack stands.

If indeed ITS is bad and it does sound like it, don't forget to set and adjust new ITS. Procedure is on this forum I believe.

Good luck and HIH.

As far as the numbers posted,i listed what i remembered. The allrrax tech had me testing wires, doing the spiderman moves trying to mash the gas pedal and read the readout on the screen at the same time with a 4 year old daughter carying my tools off at the same time. I and my wallet hope he is right.

NOTE: From a cart owner like myself, who comes to this forum asking you guys to blindly guess as to the poorly described problems we have with our golfcarts and your willing-ness to answer them gives us the courage to try and repair them ourselves, (knowing we have no business messing with them in the first place)I would like to thank you for trying to answer my questions. My hat is off to you guys!!! Thanks, Jason
